QUEEN'S PARK CLU3

1 On Saturday last the remainder of the Ladies' Handicap Singles were played, also the final for the trophy kindly presentd by the captain (Mr Moon), which took the form of a handsome oil-rjainted panel neatly framed, the work of Mrs A. Moon, Mrs Longsta.ff being the lucky winner. In the Doubles only two games were played, resulting as follows: — Mrs Firth and Mrs Bubb beat Mrs Longstaff and Miss Hooper. The second match, Mrs Moon and Mr Flyger v Mrs Moon and Mr Henley, was won by the former after a hard struggle, by one point, Mr Henley playing a very good game. Afternoon tea was provided by the lady members of the Club, and an enjoyable afternoon was spent.
