PATEA-WANGANUI CHARITABLE AID BOARD.
The monthly meeting of the above was held at the Board's offices, Ridgway Street, to-day, there being present Messrs W. Ritchie (chairman), C. G. Russell, T. H. Battle, H. P. Littlewood, R. K. Simpson, S. Beban, B. P. Lethbridge, E. E. Fletcher, G. Spriggens, G. Carson, and J. F. Siceley.- Leave of absence was granted to Messrs H. Wilson, D. Fraser, and P. G. Smith.
BANK BOOK.— The bank book ohowed a 'credit balance of £959.
CORRESPONDENCE.— The usual ordi- I nary outward and inward correspondence das read and received. MEDICAL REPORT.— The health of the' inmates of the Jubilee Home had, the visiting surgeon reported, been very good during the month. VISITING COMMITTEE.— The visiting committee reported that they found everything in satisfactory condition at the Home. — Messrs Carson and Battle offered to visit the Home during the present month. ACCOUNTS. — Accounts amounting to £115 5s 2d were passed for payment.
