LONDON, March 27.
Mr Stevens, diplomatic adviser to the K> rean Governi'ient, who was murderously attacked by two Koreans, has succumbed to his wounds.
["The atta-jk on Mr Stevens, cabled on uhe 24th inst., was due to irritation caused by his saying that the Japanese administration of Korea had been a blessing.]
