Press Association.— Telegraph.— Copyright. Received February 19, 8.45 a.m. NEW YORK, February 18. Floods in Pittsburg temporarily idled 20,000. Many fled to the supper stories of the houses and factories. Police boats are distributing food. The damage is* estimated at two million dollars.
