'Inquest
At the inquest on the body of George Farquharson, victim of the fatality at the wharf early on Sunday morning, medical evidence was to the effect that death was probably due to shock caused by sudden immersion. The jury returned a verdict in accordance with tbe medical testimony, and added a rider that steps should be taken to prevent access to the wharf at night, except through gates under control of the night watchman.
