Press Association.— Tpiecrp.uh.— Copyright. Received June 10, 11.5:? p.m. BHRLIN, June 10. The Dusseldorf Iron and Steel Ilxchange announces a serious diminution iv large orders. This, coupled with other information, is interpreted to mean that the boom in the German industry enjoyed since 1902 is about ended. The high bank rate, concomitant of the boom, had the advantage which is hoav apparent in preventing many manufacture] s enlarging their works.
