Orew Refuse Duty. AUCKLAND, April 18. The scow Bravo, which was relaunched near Cape Maria a. few days ago, after being stranded for some time, arrived at Russell last night in a leaky, condition. The cre"w refused to go further, the vessel being unseaworthy. The crew was kept continually at the pumps to prevent her -sinking,- She is to be beached at Russell ~Tor repairs.
