Prosecutions Pending.

AUCKLAND, April 19. The Collector of Customs has been instructed to proceed, under section 224 of the Shipping and Seamen's Act, against those concerned in the steamer Te Aroha leaving port in an uneeaworthy condition. The names of the persons to be prosecuted are not yet disclosed.
