NEW YORK, October 21. Judge Holt, of the United States Circuit Court of New York, has fined the New York Central Railroad Company 421,600 sterling for granting rebates to the American Sugar Trust. Pomeroy, assistant traffic manager of the company, was fined .£I2OO. Judge Holt declared that the case exceeded in heinousnees the vulgar crimes of sudden passion.
