Press Association .—Telegraph.— Copyright. Received October 17, 9.58 p.m. BERLIN, October 17. A man wearing a captain's uniform and bearing a forged military order, met a corporal and eleven Guardsmen marching to Berlin with documents. He induced them to follow him to the Town Hall at Kopenick, eight miles away, where he arrested the Mayor. The Mayor took four thousand marks from the safe. He then ordered the Mayor to be escorted to the Berlin prison. Portion of the Guardsmen remained on guard at the Town Hall, the rogue meanwhile disappearing.
