FRENCH SUBMARINE ACCIDENT.

The French submarine Lutin, with a crew of fourteen, while undergoing submersion at Bizerta, disappeared yesterday morning in a rough sea. Search is behiEf continued. Drags encountered an obstacle at the spot where she disappeared. The British apparatus at Malta was proffered and accepted. PARIS, October 17. The Lutin is lying in 122 feet of water. It is intended to try and drag the vessel into shallower water before raising her. It is feared all the crew are drowned.
