WELLINGTON, September 21.

The fourth anniversary of the Young Men's Christian Association report showed that the membership had increased to 800 young men and boya. The treasurer stated they had started to raise .£IO,OOO for their new building, and had obtained .£10,600, of which the directors had subscribed JJ1350 and the young men had collected .£2600.
