The Waters Subsiding
GISBOBNE, July 13. This morning the flood waters are subsiding. The condition of the country uncovered is a sea of mud.
It is difficult aa yet to estimate the lo*ws thaj have taken place, but many of Hie small farmers have suffered heavily.
