Received May 15, 11.5 p.m. LONDON, May 15. Sir Edward Grey was cheered on annoupcing that he had just received informaiion ,of tho Porto's full acceptance of England's demands. Tlie Porte assents to thejftelegriim of April, 1892, as a basis of delßnination, and the Joint Commission giv^s the boundary from Rafeh, thence south-easterly to a point three miles from Akabah.
Tae reply gives every reason to hope that a completely satisfactory settlement of the detailg has been arrived at.
