At the Supreme Court to-day, before th/ 1 Chief Justice, Annie Jane Olson petitioned for dissolution of her marriage with Hans Jacob Olsen on the grounds that ho had misconducted himselt with Wilhelmina Munroo Archer, a married woman living apart from her husband. Benjamin Archer. In a second suit, the last-named person sought divorce from Wilhelmina Munroe Archer on the grounds of h«r misconduct with Hans Jacob Olsen. Mr.s Archer resisted this application on the ground that her husband had committed adultery with a married woman named Smith. His Honour reserved judgement.
