TECHNICAL SCHOOL.

Intending students of the photography class at the Technical School should join this evening, as only a few places are now vacant. A splendid darkroom has been equipped, which will be open to members of the class during the day from 9 to j and each evening from 7to 9. A splondid course of practical loa»ons has been arranged. The elocution class will start in earnest this evening. Great interest i-> being manifested in tho class, and wo anticipate much good from the ventui'o. The Tuesday evening cookory class is now full and only two or throe places are vacant in the Thursday cla&s. On Thursday afternoon a home nursing class will bo formed for those unable to take advantage of the evening classes. Sister "Pitt, of tiie Hospital staff, will be pleased to meet all such ladies at 3 o'clock. Also, on Thursday evening, a clasp for vocal music will lx> established, to be conducted by Mr Naylor. This class will meet in the Director's office at 7 o'clock. Mr James Grant, who has recently boen appointed instructor in agricultural science, etc., by tho Education Board, will hold a class for farmers and all interested in farming/ This class will meet in the District High School LalH>ratory from 7 to 9 on Thursday evening. The course of study to be followed will be found in the second edition of the school prospectus. All tho classes are now settled down to Work, and this should be the moist successful year on record.
