i On Saturday afternoon th» Wanganui Sailing Club held" their second race of tue season, when the Chronicle' Company's trophy was sailed for.' Six boats competed, and after an interesting race the Nyoola 1 won with 33 seconds to spare from the Bonita, with 'the Dottrell close up. The other boats which started were the SandyHook, Clipper 11., and tlie Eric. The firstrtamed boat capsized early in the race, and thus spoilt any chance she may have had. The winning boat lost three minutes at the start, b\xt gradually made up her ground, though the UonitaT stuck closely to her right to the finish.
