The- long-standing case of Tulford (of Canada) v Fairbairn, Wright and Co (of Cliristchurch), involving an infringement of the pink pills trade mark, concluded today, the defendants consenting to judgment restraining them from seliing any pills not manufactured by the plaintiff imitating pink pills. The- defendants ware absolved from any moral blame in the matter, the whole trouble being an unintentional and pardonable mistake.
