ANGLOPHOBIA IN GERMANY.

German newspapers are pursuing a policy of persistently and untruthfully accusing the British Press of inciting France to defy Germany. It is alleged in Berlin that, at the Kaiser's instance, President Roosevelt has warned Britain, that this incitement is the chief danger against the maintenance o£ peace. The Bourse Gazette, in an extraordinarily" violent article, denounces the Kaiser asja publio danger.
