THE KAIAPOI RAILWAY ACCIDENT.
(Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, June 28. The railway carriages which were wrecked at Chaneys in Saturday's railway accident, have teen taken up and placed upright, but the .guard's van and the engine are etill lying in the mud. It is espected that heavy engines will be able to run over the temporary lines to-day.
