CHRISTCHURCH, May- 18. At the Supreme Court to-day, Thos. Jones claimed from- Colin Campbell McLachlan ,£2OO damages for the seduction of plaintiff* daughter in May, 1904. The evidence showed that-tfie girl was in the employ of the defendant when he seduced her while hia wife was away during her confinement. ' The Judge awarded the plaintiff £75 damages.'
