German Feeling against Delcasse
Received April 25, 7.30 a.m. BERLIN, April 24. It is undoubted that every party .n Germany desired the fall of M. Delcasse fearing that after his success in promoting tho entente with Britain, he might succeed in furthering an entente between Britain and Russia, which would be fatal to many German ambitions.
