Eev.J. M. Marshall. — The following motion with regard to .the death of the Rev. S. M. Marshall was passed, standing and in silence: —^"That this committee learns with deep regret of the death of the llev. J. M. Marshall, a vice-president of, and for many years connected with, this Union; and recognises that footballers generally have suffered a severe loss. That this resolution be recorded on the minutes, and that the secretary convey to Mr Marshall's relatives the sincere sympatliy and condolence of this Union." After the transaction of business of minor importance, the meeting adjourned.
