Baddeley and Forlong's Stock Report
At our' WanganuL. horse fair on August 29, we yarded- some 80 horses, and have to report a most successful sale, prices ruliig high. All horses sold under the hammer with the exception of a few. Some of the, prices we .quote — Driving horses, .£l9 2s-6d,>£l7 17s 6d, -£ll, £10, and £9; halfdrauerhts, ,£lB ss, £30, .£37, .£32, .£2O; Mr Briscoe's buggy and pair, <£50 ; ridine hacks, .£9 2s 6d, .£6 10s; others £7 10s and <£14 53.
