Eeceived September 4, 10.47 p.m. • CONSTANTINOPLE, September 4. - , An insurgent band, under Chokalaroff, had a fight with Turkish troops at Dawbeni, in the Debra district. Both lost heavily. The. troops were badly defeated in trying to capture a pass leading' over the Sateska Eiver Valley. : » Congress gymnasium professors in Sofia adopted a resolution of sympathy with the revolutionaries,- and expressed admiration at their bravery. They plundered and burned the village.
