Situation Growing Hourly More Difficult. —————— Beceived September 5, 1.34 a,m. LONDON, September 4. The Daily Mail says that the outbreak of a Turco-Bulgarian war is daily feared. * , BELGBADE, September 4. The Standard's Constantinople correspondent states that to the, alarm following the Sultan's warning to the Embassies, the Bussian and Austrian' warships' kept steam up all night. The British special service vessel Imogene, with the British, German, and Italian Ambassadors aboard, steamed the whole evening up and down the Bosphorus. The correspondent adds:. "The Vaskopu outrage tends*to complicate efforts to preserve peace —a task which is almost hourly growing more, difficult." •
