Sequel to the Roslyn Tram Accident.
Heavy Damages Awarded a
Passenger.
DUNEDIN, November 19.
The sequel to the Roslyn tram accident of twelve months ago came before tho Supreme Court this morning, when Alexandreva _Matheson, a passenger, sued the Roslyn Tramway Company for .£ISOO damages. When the case was called on, it was announced that a settlement 'had been arrived at, the Company agreeing, to judgment being entered up for £600 and costs.
