Received July 16, 9.30 a.m. SYDNEY, July 16. To celebrate the passing of the Commonwealth Bill, bands, with torches, from Albnry and Wodonga proceeded to the centre of the Union Bridge, over the Murray, and shook hands in extended fraternal greeting amid much enthusiasm.
