Auckland, January 13.

About 100 Austrians are on the Mokoia, due hero on Sunday. The Austrian Consul is not prepared to enter into a bond for their landing. The Government has issued instructions to tho Union 00. that they mußt execute a bond for £10 a head before the Austrians per Mokoia are allowed to laud.
