COLONIAL NAVAL RESERVE.
Insuperable Difficulties.

In the House of Commons Mr Goschen (First Lord of the Amiralty) said the Government would gladly utilise the colonial seafaring population, but the present suggestion for the establishment of a colonial naval reserve contained insuperable difficulties.
