The Maine Disaster.
Washington, March 28. President McKinley has requested Congress to appropriate half a million dollars for tho immediate relief of the distress in Cub. The official report of the Naval Court inquiry into the Maine disaster, which has beon published, finds that a mii.s was exploded underneath the Maine, but fixes no responsibility.
