The Norton Trophies.
Last evening the semi-final heat for the Noiton (U.B.C.) pair-oar trophies was rowed between Hamilton and Takarangi and Piper and Thurlow. The race was even and exciting until opposite the Corporation Baths, where Piper collapsed and left the other crew to win as they liked. To-night the final will be rowed between Hamilton and Gordon.
