The Londonderry Mine.

London, .April 6. Lord Fingall's telegram re shoot of gold of the Londonderry Mine giving out was received on April Ist, but owing to f he absence of the directors the news was not pubished until the sth, though shares began to fall on the 2nd. Colonel North offers to deposit in tho kands of the trustees the cash and vendor shares equal to tha amount of his net profits. '.The shaieholders receive the income until the company has earned 10 per cent, on the capital for two years. He hopes that other vendors will take a similar action. The papers consider tbe colonel's offer a very fair one, aud state that the London directors throughout have acted in good faith.
London, April 7. Shares in the Londonderry Mine are quoted at 12s 6<3.
Colonel North explains that the cash and shares he has deposited become the property of the shareholders, unless the dividends named are paid.
