The listw not quite complete, but the other names lave not jet corns to hand. Colonel Hume, Inspector of Volunteers, ■was in town to-day on his way South. He informs me that the annual inspoetion of Volunteers will be held hero early in December. The now regulations are likely to be out about that time, and ho is going to inquiro why the New Zealand Army List available is so ancient, as a Christchurch man has a contract to turn them out quarterly.
