I— No entry will be received for any race except upon this condition— That all dispntes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decidod by a majority of tbe Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their dec'sioa upon all points connected with tbe carrying out of the Programme shall be final 2— All entries to be sealed and addrceed to the Hon. Secretary, Foxton, with the name, age at time of entry, pedigree, name of the owner, and colours of the rider All entries and nominations must be ia the hands of the Secretary at tbe stated timo and place as advertised, accompanied by the amount of nominations aad entrance money. Post marks will not be received under any pretence whatever, and nominations unpaid at the time of the due date of weights will be struck out of the list j 3— When two or more borses start, the property of the same owuer, a distinguishing colour must be worn 4— Any jockey riding except in tbe colours entered will be fined three boys

Rules 6— Horses walking over will only receive ha'f the stakes 7— All protests must be in writing, accompanied by a fee of 2 aova B— All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half-hour before the time fixed for starti ing.
