THE POWERS AND GREECE.
Constantinople, April 15.— His Majesty the Sultan received from England, Austria, Germany and Russia replies to his request for action on the part of the Powers with regard to the threatening attitude of Greece towards Turkey, and the disinclination of the Greek Government to disarm when called upon to do so. The Great Powers in replying to the Sultan's dispatches promise to take further Btepa towards the settlement of the diffioulty with Greece.
