San FranCiSOo, Oct 30. — A; .ived, yesterday — Pacific Mail Steamship C'.ty of Sydney, from Auckland (Oct 9) ; three days before contract time. THE BRINDISI MAIL. London, Oct 30. — The Australian mails, vid Naples, per steamship Orient, from Melbourne (Oot 22), were delivered to-day. FLOATING OF THE SHIP MIZAPORE. Intelligence is to hand from Boulogne that the ship Mizapore has been successfully floated, EXTENSIVE FAILURE in LIVERPOOL. The failure is announced to-day of Morris, Ranger and Co., cotton brokers, Liverpool. The liabilities are set down at half a million sterling. Messrs Forman and Co. and Hollensheacl and Tetling have also called a meeting of their creditors, and other failures are expected to be announced during the next few days. Considerable excitement and anxiety consequently prevail in commercial circles.
