No entry will bo received for any races except upon this condition — that all disputes, claims and objections, arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. All sntries must be sealed and addressed to the Hon. Secretary Box No. 12, Waverley, entrance money enclosed (exchange must be added to cheques) with the name, age at time of entry, pedij, cc, and in case of handicaps, the p forir ces of horses, name of the owner, a; d col sr" the rider. Any Jockey riding except oolors entered will be fined 3 soys. When two or more horses start, the property of the panic owner, a distinguishing color must be worn. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary, or Clc Is of the Scales, one half hour beforo starting — any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys. to the race fund. All races to be run under the W. J. C. rules. Horses walking over will only receive half ihe stakes. In all races the second horse only saves his stakes when it Is especially mentioned that he does so. No q .."ification fee.
