No entry will be received for any race except upon this condition — that all dis putes, claims, and objections arising out o the racing, shall be decided by a majority o the Stewards present, or those whom the} may appoint. Anj jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 3 soys. When two or more horses start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must be worn. In all weight-for-age races, the new weight-for-age scale will be adhered to. All persons intending to withdraw horses, are required to give notice to that effect to the Hon. Sec. or Clerk of Scales one halfr hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys to' the race fund. All entries should be made on the Club's printed forms of entry, which may be obtained at the office of the Hon. Secretary. All races to be run under the W.J.C. Rules. Horses walking over will only receive half the stakes. Annual qualification fee, £3 for nonmembers, for one meeting, £2. Second horses to save his stakes in all races except where otherwise specified. No other nominations will be received under any pretence whatever after the time specified for closing.
