Handicaps to be declared on the 29th December. Entries for remaining events to be made at the Secretary's Oftics on the ground, at least half-an-hour before starting. Nominations for all handicaps must, in all cases, be accompanied with 2s 6d. Accept ance on the ground. Competitors must appear in proper costume, and state colors at time of entry. The Rules of the Wanganui Amateur Athletic Club will be strictly adhered to. The decision of the Stewards to be final. Four competitors to start or no third prize ; three, or no second. The City Rifle Band will be in attendance, Sports to commence at 10.30 a.m. sharp. Booths, Refreshment Stalls, etc., will be provided Admission to the ground, Is ; children under 12 years, Free.
