DRUNKENNESS. James McGuimiess was charged with being drunk on the 13th inst.,, and fined 5s or 12 hours' imprisonment. CIVIL OASES. James Lett v. Henry Anderson — Judgment summons. Mr Borlase appeared for the plaintiff', and Mr Fitzherbert for defendant. This case was adjourned for a week. M. V. Hodge v. Haata Rio — No appearance of either parties, case struck out. Henry Hurley v. Hori Kare — No appearance of either parties, case struck out. Henry Hurley v. Wirihana Puna — Judgment for amount and costs. William Kells v. Kereopa — Claim, £3 ss. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs. Henry Wilkins v. P Whitlock— Claim, £9 0s lOd. Judgment for amount and costs. William Kells v. Waitere — Claim, £2. The defendant did not appear. Judgment for amount and costs. William Kells v. Tairore— Claim, £1 0s 3d. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for plaintiff for amount and costs 9s.
W. Kells v. Claim, £2 7s. Judgment for amount and costs. Thomas Attwood v. Thomas Barker — Claim, £15 Bs9d. Mr Hutchison appeared for the plaintiff.
Judgment for plaintiff 'for £4 14s 9d, with co3ts 19s. John Jiett v. Daniel Paul— Claim, £7 5s Mr Hodge appeared for the plaintiff 1 , and Mr Fitzherbert for the defendant. Judgment confessed. Daniel Paul v. John Bott— Claim, £27 12s.
Mr Fitzherbert appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Hodge for the defendant. Judgment for plaintiff for amount.
