DRUNKENNESS. James McGuimiess was charged with being drunk on the 13th inst.,, and fined 5s or 12 hours' imprisonment. CIVIL OASES. James Lett v. Henry Anderson — Judgment summons. Mr Borlase appeared for the plaintiff', and Mr Fitzherbert for defendant. This case was adjourned for a week. M. V. Hodge v. Haata Rio — No appearance of either parties, case struck out. Henry Hurley v. Hori Kare — No appearance of either parties, case struck out. Henry Hurley v. Wirihana Puna — Judgment for amount and costs. William Kells v. Kereopa — Claim, £3 ss. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs. Henry Wilkins v. P Whitlock— Claim, £9 0s lOd. Judgment for amount and costs. William Kells v. Waitere — Claim, £2. The defendant did not appear.
