CIVIL. 0. H. Borlase v. Samuel Goodall. Claim—Ls. Judgment by consent for amount and costs Bs. Colonel Thomas McDonnell v. Coll. McDonald. Adjourned for proof of service of summons to the 21st inst. Bayly & Co. v. Dom. Browne. Claim —Ll3 11s. Amount with costs paid into Court.
