ner, Esqrs, J.P.'s. DRUNKENNESS.

James Shea for this offence was fined 10s or 48 hours imprisonment.

Arthur Lennon for the same offence was fined 20s or 48 hours imprisonment.

ILLEGALLY ON" THE PREMISES.

Thomas Timbrill was charged with being illegally in a hay loft belonging to the Empire Hotel.

Prisoner, who had formerly been a cook in the above Hotel, said, that having left a stick in the hay loft he went to fetch it. Discharged with a caution.
