DESCRIPTION OF WHARF: Length, 50ft.; breadth, 35ft.; to be built on 12 piles driven 30ft. into the bottom of the river; piles to be diagonally braced; beams to be in one length, 51ft, 12 x 12; caps, 35ft., 12 x 14; planks, 3x6. The Wharf to be built one foot above the level of Gladstone Street.
