The bar yestex*day was smoother than we have seen it for many months past, and if the same fine weather continues for another day or two we expect a small fleet of arrivals to enliven the hay. The steamer John Penn called off the port yesterday forenoon and landed a few tons of flour, also one or two pnssengers, and then proceeded on her course to the Duller. The Fairy only took away three or four passengers for the Thames goldfields. The Harry Bluff is in the hands of the ship carpenters for repairs.
