COSY THEATRE

TWO FEATURE PROGRAMME. “That Man’s Here Again,” showing at the Cosy Theatre to-night, a First National comedy-romance * introducing 17 year old Mary Maguire from Australia, is one of the few motion pictures ever made in straight sequence. The story began in the basement of an apartment hotel, as per the scenario writer’s script, and ended happily, also as per scenario writer, with all sequences in between in their proper order. Hugh Herbert is featured and Tom Brown has the juvenile lead. “Don’t Gamble With Love,” a Columbia picture starring Ann Sothern and Bruce Cabot, is the second attraction. The story tells of a gambler and his wife who find life very complex when confronted with the obstacle of raising their baby child in the atmosphere of a gambling house . Dramatic situations build into an exciting climax before a satisfactory denouement brings the film to a close.
