WOOL MARKET
SYDNEY SALES. SYDNEY, Wednesday. At the wool sales 10,870 bales were offered and 10,170 sold, 2207 privately. There was very good competition from all Continental sections and Yorkshire. The market was very firm at the previous day’s rates. Good wools showed a further hardening tendency. Greasy Merino made 27J. Japan bought a few-high-class clips.
