Best N.I. wether sheep, sfd to 4 3-Bd. N.I. ewes, 4 3-8 d to 3fd. N.Z. prime ox: beef, 160/220, 3 l-Bd. Compared with last week’s quotations, Down lamb, crosbred lamb, 36/42 lbs., and second quality lamb l-8d per lb. higher; wethers, 56/641b5., l-8d per lb. higher; ewes, u/64ilbs., l-8d per lb. higher. Others unchanged. The market. remains firm..
