NORTH ISLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS.

The North Island Amateur wrestling championships. will be held in Masterton next week under the control of the Wairarapa Wrestling Association. Excellent entries, totalling 42, have been received from various parts of the North Island and some first-class contests should be The tournament will open on Tuesday night in the Dixon Streetball and will be continued in the Municipal Hall on Wednesday morning. The finals will be decided as preliminaries to a professional match in the Municipal Hall on Wednesday night.
