ATTACK ON EGYPT

NO ITALIAN PLANS FOUND. LONDON, Thursday. Tho Foreign. Under-Secrctaiy (Lord Cranbourne), replying, in the House of Commons to a question by Mr G. W. M. Mander (Liberal), denied that plans of any description had been found in the wreckage of an Italian aeroplane. Mr Mander reiterates the truth of liis assertion, and will repeat his question in a different form on Ist July. It was stated in a cable on 23rd, June that Mr Mander would ask Mr Fden in the House of Commons if he would state tlie nature of plans for an attack on Egypt found in an Italian staff aeroplane which crashed in the Sudan last August, what representations were made to the Italian Government, and what action was taken.
